DMCA Policy for Easter Vegetable Dishes

Easter Vegetable Dishes ("we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), the text of which can be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at http://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Easter Vegetable Dishes service and/or website (the "Site") if such claims are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent identified below.

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Site by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to our Designated Copyright Agent.

  3. Contact Information: Provide your contact information, including your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. Statement of Good Faith Belief: Include a statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. Statement of Accuracy and Consent to Jurisdiction: Include a statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  6. Electronic or Physical Signature: Provide your electronic or physical signature (typing your full legal name is sufficient for an electronic signature).

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us by submitting a written notification to our Designated Copyright Agent identified below. The DMCA allows us to restore the removed content if the party filing the original DMCA Notice does not file a court action against you within ten business days of receiving the copy of your Counter-Notification.

  • Identification of Removed Material: Identify the specific URL(s) or other unique identifying information of the material that Easter Vegetable Dishes has removed or to which Easter Vegetable Dishes has disabled access.
  • Statement Under Penalty of Perjury: Include a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Contact Information: Provide your name, address, and telephone number.
  • Consent to Jurisdiction: Include a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Easter Vegetable Dishes may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
  • Electronic or Physical Signature: Provide your electronic or physical signature (typing your full legal name is sufficient for an electronic signature).
